GENERAL INFORMATION
The content of this website is for your general information and subject to change at any time without notice. The Extension Room is fully trademarked and any reproduction of our design, look, and graphics that are owned or licensed to us is prohibited.
Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be fitted by a fully qualified and insured professional only. Due to lack of control no responsibility will be accepted by The Extension Room for any damage or injury caused by incorrect installment or aftercare.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Extension Room does not store credit/debit card information nor do we share any customer details with 3rd parties. We have no access to login details (username and password). If you have trouble logging in to your account you can reset your password or shop as a guest.
DELIVERY POLICY
We use Canada Post as our shipping provider. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery details are submitted correctly. The Extension Room is not non-delivery on any orders that we're addressed incorrectly.
Late deliveries:
The Extension Room cannot be held responsible for any late/loss or damage caused by a 3rd party. If you do experience any problems we will work with you to help you resolve these.
Duties & Import fees:
Customers outside of Canada are responsible to pay any inbound duties, taxes, or fees which are determined by your local customs authority. These fees are paid to your carrier or government and are not collected by The Extension Room. Any applicable fees will need to be paid by the customer in order to receive the package. We suggest you contact your country's customs office or to determine possible charges on a package coming outside of the country.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched we will process your refund the same day and no charges will be made. If you wish to cancel an order or return an order after it has been dispatched you may do so within 14 days. Once received we aim to process your refund within 2 business days. After we have submitted refunds your bank will typically take 3-7 business days to clear the funds into your bank account.
All items must be returned unused in new condition and in original packaging. Once you fit the item we are unable to exchange the product for you.
The Extension Room can not be held liable for return items that do not reach us. Please send all returns on a traceable service to ensure against loss in transit.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WARRANTY
Every effort is made to display information as accurately as possible to the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
The Extension strongly urges the user not to bleach, perm, excessively blow-dry, swim or use products in or around the hair extensions that contain any form of protein or alcohol.
No responsibility will be taken by the supplier for incorrect colouring/cutting/toning of the hair post purchase.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We make every effort to ensure stock is kept accurate. In the event that we are out of a particular product, you will be contacted with the expected time of shipment and your purchase will be placed on back order.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
By ordering with us, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. This includes account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates.

COLOR GUARENTEE
Our hair is 100% Human, Remy Hair and as such, (as with all natural products) slight colour differences can be expected. As a result, we can not guarantee perfect colour consistency with each batch of hair. If you find that the colour is different than expected please follow the return policy to make an exchange.
