We generally do not recommend swimming with hair extensions. Chlorine and saltwater can damage the hair and cause tangling or matting. If you must swim with your extensions, we suggest wearing a swim cap to protect the hair. After swimming, be sure to rinse your hair thoroughly with clean water to remove any chlorine or saltwater.
