We do our best to ship orders the same day if they are received before 3 pm (CST). While this is not always possible, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.  Estimated shipping times are included below and are dependent on which shipping method is chosen at checkout. Note that some options do not include tracking.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Extension Room is not held responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. If you think you package has been misplaced please contact us. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information. If required, we will open a Support ticket with Canada Post.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. The Extension Room is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.  If you realize after placing your order you have given the wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@theextensionroom.com.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund (the original shipping fees are non-refundable).  We must receive the item within 30 days of delivery.  The hair must be unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.  Customer is responsible for any shipping fees. We recommend using a shipping service that includes a tracking number. 


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

Send us an email at info@theextensionroom.com and quote your Order Number, the item you would like to return and the reason for the return and we will provide return instructions.

Upon receipt of your package, we will email you, notifying you that your package has been received and is being processed. Refunds will be made using the method you used to pay for your order.  If the item you are hoping to exchange is in stock, it will be shipped out in 3-5 business days.
